
Rachael Leigh Cook (born on October 4, 1979 (1]) is an American actress and model. She was an infant-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000), and on the television series Into the West and Perception. She also is the voice for Robot Chicken's Tifa Lockhart character. Her parents are Thomas Howard Cook (a social worker and former comedian) as well as JoAnn Cook (a weaver and cook instructor). 2 She is half-Italian. Cook first was featured in an announcement of public service for foster care at seven years of age. She started being a print model when she was 10 years old, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on Milk-Bone dog biscuits' boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
