Lisa Edelstein, an American actress best known for House, a Fox medical drama series. At the age of 18 in the year she moved from Wayne to New York City from Wayne where she was raised according to traditional Jewish tradition. The school soon became a fixture in the club scene in New York and began getting headlines. The press also took notice of her. Her experience and fame along with her personal experience to create and present a program called Positive Me. Soon after, she was offered a job at MTV as host of Awake to the Wild Side. After it was taken off air, she began appearing in films and television production beginning in roles of a short duration and gradually established herself as an actor.
